Estimated Time Of Arrival:
You can estimate how long it will take to get your package by combining the processing and the shipping time.
Processing:
Depending on the method that you use to pay, your processing time varies. PayPal is the fastest way to pay with a processing time of 1-3 days.
Shipping: All SWEETTEABAGS products are shipped with U.S. Postal Service and take 3-5 days to arrive to you. Express shipping (1-2 days) is available at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number within 24-48 hours of your order being processed.
Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package tracking states "delivered", and you don't have the package in your possession you must contact USPS immediately! SWEETTEABAGS takes no responsibility in misplaced/stolen packages of any kind, if you have any further questions or concerns contact us privately at [email protected]
Returns/Exchanges: Returns will only be accepted due to a mistake on SWEETTEABAGS's part and with notice of return within 3 days of delivery. Exchanges will only be accepted after a mistake on SWEETTEABAGS's part after a contact of exchange within 3 days of delivery. All returned or exchanged items must be unopened, unused, and unworn or otherwise tampered with. Refunded payments will ONLY be returned to the method of payment used at checkout, and shipping cost will not be returned. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Requests for refunds on merchandise returned without contacting us will not be honored.
